BBC’s Alternative Medicine

Has anyone seen BBC’s Alternative Medicine and what do you think? This week it was about Healing and manily focusing on reflexology. I thought it was quite balanced but I don’t think therapists would agree.

Re: Milk

I have tried sweetened soya milk and the normal one from Waitrose, but sorry I can’t get on with it. I have however cut down on milk and butter and that seems to be going fine. Does soya have the same amount of calcium as cows milk? We woman must look after our bones. :clueless:

Re: Baby Massage Instructor Course

Hello Sonia

Are you just based in Berkshire or do you have any branches in the York area, this would be a great present for my new little nephew and his mum?

Re: Living Nature Lipsticks

Hello all

Do you know when you will be getting the living Nature lipsticks back? I have looked at the green people ones but they look a bit to garish for me.

Thank you for such a wonderful service

Re: Have i got Eczema?

I have had a few dry bits just lately, I seem to get it every time the weather changes hot to cold or cold to hot. I just out some cream on it and all is well after a couple of days.
Hope that’s all you have Rubi

Shelf life

Hello, I have been searching for products like these for ages, but I have been told that natural products dont last long.

What is the normal shelf life for the cleansers and moisturisers as i seem to keep them for a long time?

Thank you
